If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the option for a return. We explain in detail the conditions for you to return your items. If you choose a different return method from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.

Return conditions

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase: Items must be in their original condition and have all tags attached. Returns are only accepted within the same country where the purchase was made.

Return at a Parfois store

You can return your items for free at any of our authorized stores. Please remember that to make an in-store return, you must present the items in the specified conditions along with the invoice. You can check the list of authorized stores here - store locator.

Returns via Pickup points

All online returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

Free return at DPD Pickup Points:

  1. Prepare your package and remove all labels. Pack the products securely in the original packaging (if possible) and place the invoice inside the box.
  2. Deliver the return to one of the DPD Pickup Points. If the delivery was made by DPD courier, you will find a label in the package, which should be attached to the parcel. This will allow you to return the order at any DPD Pickup Point. You can find the nearest DPD Pickup Point here Go to the selected DPD point and deliver your return.

Free return via Parcel Lockers INPOST:

  1. Prepare your package and remove all labels. Pack the products securely in the original packaging (if possible) and place the invoice inside the box.
  2. Visit the website: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/ a. Select the PARFOIS store and click - Return Now! b. Fill out the return form. c. Then, you will receive a 10-digit code for the parcel locker by email and SMS, which you need to write on the parcel.
  3. Go to the selected Parcel Locker and send the return by entering your code.

Can I return items from different orders in a single shipment?

Yes. You can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do so, we only ask that you identify the order numbers (by placing copies of the invoices inside the return package).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Items can only be exchanged for items of the same reference.

All online purchases made during Black Friday campaign are covered by the exchanges and returns policy available on parfois.com. After the end of the campaign, the discount will only be maintained in exchanges for another size of the same article (with the same reference).

1. Go to a Parfois authorized store in Poland.

Choose one of our authorized stores that accepts returns and exchanges. Please check the eligible stores with the following information:

2. Bring the items you want to return or exchange.

In order to change or return an article, you must present the invoice of your purchase. If you do not have the invoice of your online order, you can request a copy by sending an email to [email protected]

If your order was delivered by DPD, along with the order you will find a free return label that will allow you to return it at any DPD Pickup Point by sticking the label outside the box.

Free Returns at INPOST Parcel Lockers:

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Prepare your package and take off all labels.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and insert the invoice inside the box.

a. Select PARFOIS on the drop-down menu and click on Return Now (Zwróc teraz).

b. Fill out the return form.

c. Afterwards, you will receive a 10-digit code by email and SMS that must be written on your parcel.

3. Go to your preferred Parcel Locker and send the parcel by entering your 10-digit code.

When you make an exchange or return, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels.
  • The invoice must be enclosed in the package.
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene sticker as well as the original labels.
  • If you choose a different return method from the authorized by Parfois, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping or return costs. Parfois will not accept consignments with charge to the recipient or cash on delivery.
  • Perfume returns will only be accepted if the original sealed package is kept.

If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
